The Stages of the Path to Enlightenment

This retreat provides a special opportunity to explore and deepen our experience of the Lamrim meditations, the actual stages of the path to enlightenment. By training in the Lamrim we will overcome all mental faults, because each meditation is a perfect opponent to our delusions. Thus, through practicing Lamrim, we gain confidence and strength to make authentic spiritual progress, and build stable peace and joy within our own hearts that we can share with others.

Retreat fee: £50 for the whole weekend/ discounted for members
