Withdraw from the city noise, let go of distracting thoughts and settle your mind into peace by discovering the magic of virtuous concentration, Buddha’s non-deceptive method to make happiness naturally manifest within your mind.

This retreat is suitable for everyone, whether you want to start a meditation practice or deepen your experience of concentration.
