Free Meditation with Sound bath and guided visualisationđŸ’–
Hello, I'm Janet, a Certified Angelic Reiki Master and Teacher.
I will be holding space for these heart opening meditations using crystal sound instruments and guided visualisation. Whilst these are not Angelic Reiki sessions, the space will be energetically supported and protected by the Angelic Realms to make you feel safe and relaxed throughout the sessions.

Chairs will be provided but if you prefer to lie down please bring a mat and blanket and some water to drink.
