By creating a natural release, you can offload stress, emotional and energetic debris, and nervous system charge. In this space you will discover what it’s like to be fully in your body, while learning to free yourself from what is holding you back. As participants follow guided cues, they may experience physical sensations, emotional releases, and heightened awareness. This is an active, stress-relief, breathing session. There are no contraindications for this practice. However, each person knows their own body and should they have any concerns, contact your health care provider before registering. Participants are in control of their own session and can choose to stop or take breaks whenever needed.
About the presenter: Hi, I’m Halie, a Certified Breathwork Healer based in Southern, NH. When I discovered Breathwork, I started rediscovering myself. It was like the missing puzzle piece that I didn’t even know was missing. I went into my first session with zero expectations and without a real understanding of just how impactful Breathwork would be. That evening, I had the most profound experience of healing that I had ever had, and I continue to make these breakthroughs with this practice today. I have been able to let go of so much “stuff” that I had carried around inside of me for so long. This sacred practice has given me so many gifts.
