Hey Everyone, learn something cool this summer—unlock the move everybody wishes they could do: the backflip!

Join us Saturday, July 19 • 4-6 PM at Adaptive Movement Parkour, Manchester CT for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn not just the backflip but parkour variations including flyaways, trapdoors, wallflips, and more. Stick around afterward for open gym time to drill your new skills and have fun.
