This course is designed to equip participants with the dynamic leadership skills and response strategies needed to safely navigate and survive an active shooter situation. Focusing on proactive preparedness, this class will explore effective options for responding to traumatic incidents—specifically in school settings—and provide practical tools to increase survivability, confidence, and calm under crisis.

Through scenario-based discussion and evidence-based principles, attendees will gain critical insight into decision-making, communication, and coordinated response during high-stress events.
