🍽 Chicken with Tarragon Sauce – Hands-On Cooking Class+ a Surprise Appetizer (Yep, it’s a two-course kind of night)
Join us at Eavesdrop on Thursday, July 17th from 6:30–8:30 PM for a hands-on cooking class led by Chef Joe.
We’re making a bistro-style classic: Chicken with Tarragon Sauce—creamy, herby, and seriously satisfying. Plus, you’ll start the night off with a surprise appetizer crafted by the chef himself.
You’ll be slicing, searing, and plating the entire meal yourself—no boring demos, just real, guided cooking that you can take home with you (the skills, not the food... you’ll be eating that on the spot).
After you cook, stick around, grab a drink, and enjoy your creation. We’ve got 30+ taps of beer, cider, mead, and more flowing all night.
