It delves into breaking down outdated stigmas, embracing the diverse realities of adoptive families, and fostering a culture rooted in love, understanding, and inclusion. We will share personal stories and break down barriers and misconceptions, embracing adoption as a powerful expression of God’s grace and family.
Bio of Speaker: Savannah- Before joining Catholic Charities, Savannah completed her bachelor’s in social work at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia and then finished herMaster's in Social Work online through Western New Mexico University. After graduating, she worked as a Social Worker at a pregnancy medical center in Falls Church, Virginia helping women navigate their unplanned pregnancies. Foster care and adoption have always had a special place in her heart since she was little, and she is grateful to be a part of this pro-life mission.
Francesca - Francesca Gross resides in Manassas, Virginia, with her husband, Ethan, and their two children. She graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. For nearly a decade, Francesca served under the Arlington Diocese as the Director of Education and Youth at St. Charles Borromeo in Arlington, followed by a few years at Catholic Charities Pregnancy and Adoption Services. In recent years, she has dedicated herself to raising her family and managing their home while taking on various volunteer roles.
In the past year. Francesca has offered her gifts to All Saints Parish, initiating and supporting their small communities of faith (small groups).
Francesca is deeply passionate about finding joy in her everyday life and sharing how faith has transformed these ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences - one of them being when Francesca and Ethan became adoptive parents six years ago.

Manassas TOT, cosponsored by the Diocese of Arlington Young Adult Ministry and All Saints Young Adults, is held on the second Monday of each month at the Old Towne Sports Pub, located at 8971 Center St. Manassas, VA 20110.
All young adults (ages 19-35) single and married of all faith backgrounds are invited.
Food and drinks are served starting at 6:30 p.m., then the talk begins at 7:30 p.m. & ends with Q&A.
