No experience needed. No flexibility required.
Just a willingness to breathe, move, and meet yourself where you are.
You’ll learn how to navigate your mat, use props like blocks and straps with ease, and feel confident entering any yoga space. We’ll also gently introduce yoga etiquette
— how to settle in, arrive mindfully, and create a space that feels respectful and safe for all.
We’ll explore the essential building blocks of yoga
— from postures and breath-work to alignment, balance, and relaxation
— in a calm and supportive space.

Hi, I’m Ninnie — a yoga and mindfulness teacher based in Malmö. My teaching honours yoga as a practice of presence, compassion, and self-discovery. I create spaces where you can feel safe to slow down, ask questions, and learn at your own pace
— so your practice becomes a way of listening, softening, and coming home to yourself.
