The Social Table is a table we book and you come and play!
Come alone or with someone, but be prepared to mix it up with some friendly folk who are looking for company too!
This event is all about facilitating connections and creating an environment of fun and friendship. We know it can be hard to find friends who love board games, good coffee or even a cold beer when you have moved to a new city, and maybe don't speak the local language (yet) and we want to help.
Board games are a great way to spend an hour or 5, to have easy-going conversation and to combat loneliness and boredom.
So if you want to meet some lovely people, make friends and play some games, come and join the social table!

5th June:
This Social Table will be about Zoomies. In Zoomies, you're a dog walker helping your pups at the park make friends, collect bones, become the leader of the pack, and get the zoomies.
There is no problem with choosing a different game but we find having a theme helps choose the first game and get the evening started!

12th June:
This Social Table will be all about Monkey Palace.
Monkey Palace is a jungle-themed game of light strategy that incorporates both collaborative and competitive elements.
Players must strategically work together to construct the Monkey Palace while competing for the highest brick income and points, all under the watchful gaze of the Monkey. The palace gradually takes form thanks to a construction using LEGO elements, and each time the board game is played, the building experience and final construction are unique.

26th June:
This Social Table will be all about Courtisans.
Tonight, the queen holds a banquet that everyone will attend. Will they leave a good impression? Backstabbing is fair game, and no trick is too dirty if it allows you to place your favorite families in the spotlight.
There is no problem with choosing a different game but we find having a theme helps choose the first game and get the evening started!

This will be a repeated event on Thursday starting at 18kl.
If you come late, you run the risk of the game starting already and missing out on a fun night. So we strongly encourage you to show up on time at kl 18. If you come late, we will always try to include you but we can not guarantee it will be possible.
We suggest a game or type of game to get the night going but you are welcome to grab any game that sounds intriguing to you and try it out!
