Jennifer Felten is the founder and principal attorney of RELAW, APC, a boutique real estate law firm specializing in escrow, title, and brokerage law, as well as real estate development, estate planning, and probate. With over 30 years of experience in real estate, she has developed extensive expertise in real estate settlements, having worked on both the transactional side as an escrow officer and now as a legal advisor and litigator.
Jennifer holds licenses as an attorney, notary, and real estate broker, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the real estate settlement process from every angle. Her deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience make her a trusted resource for navigating the complexities of real estate transactions, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
Nicholas Hale
Nick Hale is an investor, builder, and financial advisor with over 30 years of experience in finance, real estate, and business leadership. As the founder of Hale & Associates, LLC, he has successfully led real estate investments, permitting, and development projects.
Beyond real estate, Nicholas has held executive financial roles across various industries, including media, technology, and sustainability. He previously served as CFO of Santa Barbara Magazine and C Magazine, overseeing financial strategy and operations.
A finance graduate, Nicholas now serves as a financial advisor at Edward Jones, where he helps clients build their financial futures through strategic, common-sense investing.
Tony Walczuk
Tony Walczuk is the owner of Walczuk Construction and Development, working alongside his son, Ryan Walczuk. With over 30 years of experience, they specialize in custom home building and remodeling in Malibu, Pacific Palisades, and surrounding areas.
A USC graduate with a Master’s from Pepperdine, Tony has deep ties to the community and firsthand experience of losing a home to fire. He successfully rebuilding his own home and many others after the 2018 Woolsey Fire.
For the past six years, he has focused on fire rebuilds, helping homeowners navigate communication with insurance companies and local governments. Dedicated to quality craftsmanship and client advocacy, Tony and his team turn challenges into beautifully rebuilt homes.
