Tea Ceremony

Join me for these beautiful, meditative Tea Ceremonies, held at the beloved former Yoga Shack.


Cha Dao, or The Way of Tea, is an ancient meditative practice that invites us to slow down and connect deeply with Nature and ourselves. In Tea Ceremony, we don’t simply drink tea as a beverage; instead, we sit with Her as plant medicine, embracing the ritual with reverence and presence.


In Chinese medicine, Tea is considered a shen tonic—shen meaning spirit, soul, or heart. When we drink Tea in ceremony, She becomes medicine for the spirit and a tonic for the heart, nurturing us on a deeper, more spiritual level.


During the ceremony, we come together in silence, creating a space to receive and connect with Tea as plant medicine. It’s an invitation to slow down, cultivate awareness, and experience stillness. Each sitting lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, with time at the end for reflections or questions. Every ceremony is unique, offering a one-of-a-kind journey of connection and introspection.
