FINISH AREA: 100 ISLANDS PARK, BRGY LUCAP, ALAMINOS CITY, PANGASINAN (WELCOME SIGN/ARC "HUNDRED ISLANDS")

Bring the Deposit Slip at the Starting Line on Race Day Before the Start of the Event for Confirmation. The Deposit Slip will serve as the Runner's Pass to join the event.

RULES & REGULATIONS, AND OTHER INFORMATION.

1. This is a SOLO Run. Runners will run along the Olongapo-Alaminos Highway with a total distance of 200 Kilometers.

2. Support Vehicle Is MANDATORY. No Unsupported Runner will be allowed to join this event. However, a Support Vehicle can accommodate or support up to 3 runners.

3. Support Crew in each Support Vehicle should have a trained medical professional/practitioner or designated "First Aider" who can immediately assist or respond in any emergency situation to the supported runner.

4. Runners should always run/walk on the farthest LEFT SIDE of the road facing the incoming traffic. This is an OPEN ROAD event where the runners will be sharing the road with other vehicles and pedestrians. Runners are encouraged to be vigilant and aware of their surroundings.

5. ONLY "FOUR-WHEELED" vehicles are allowed as Support Vehicles. Motorcyles, Bicycles, Tricycles, and EV (Modified Tricycles) are NOT allowed as Support Vehicle.

6. Support Vehicle should "leap frog" their runners which means that it is NOT allowed to "shadow" their runner whether infront or behind the runner. Support Vehicle should park on the far-RIGHT side of the Highway with the emergency "blinkers" ON and wait for their runners to arrive. The distance between "leap frog" of the support vehicle and the runner is dependent on the condition of the runner and their personal agreement.

7. Runners are NOT allowed to enter their Support Vehicle once the race starts. Each runner should always be VISIBLE to the Marshals when they stop to rest with their Support Vehicle. It is encouraged for the Support Crew to meet their runner on the LEFT side of the road to provide support to the runner. Support Crew should always be aware when crossing the road.

8. Runners are required to display tarpualins with the words "RACE IN PROGRESS" on the front-side, left-side, and rear side of their Support Vehicle. These tarps will be provided by the Race Organizer before the start of the event. Runners are required to bring PENTEL PENS and ADHESIVE TAPES for them to write their RACE BIB NUMBER on the Tarp and for the display of their tarp on the vehicle.

9. Running Group or Team Name can be displayed on the Support Vehicle. CORPORATE BRANDS & LOGOS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

10. PICTURE & VIDEO CONTENT CREATORS with purpose for monetization ARE NOT ALLOWED. However, a runner can ask for permission to the Race Organizer if the purpose is for private/personal purpose with a copy of the product being provided to the Race Organizer within a week after the event.

11. Runners are NOT allowed to produce, display or wear any attire or merchandise (T-shirts, Bandana, Caps, Sleeves, Socks, Gaiters, & Neck "Buff") that uses the Event's LOGO & NAME. Any runner that wears such merchandise will be DISQUALIFIED. Members of the Support Crew & Running Team/Group Members are NOT allowed to produce & wear such mentioned merchandise.

12. ONE WEEK (7 Days) before the start of the event, the following should be submitted to the Race Organizer:

a. Make/Model of Support Vehicle
b. Plate Number of Support Vehicle
c. Number of Support Crew & Number Of Runners to Support with their Names.
d. Full Name of the Medical Practitioner/First Aider; Medical Field Exposure; and Cell Phone Number
e. Full Name of the Driver/Head Support Crew with Cell Phone Number.

13. There will be time mandatory checkpoints and surprise/unannounced checkpoints. The following are the event's cut-off times along the route at the following kilometer distance points:

*Kilometer 50: 10 hours
*Kilometer 100: 22 hours
*Kilometer 150: 34 hours
*Kilometer 200: 48 hours

(It should be noted that these checkpoints are not accurate in the distance given as there would be minimal deviations.)

14. A runner is declared Did Not Finish (DNF) if he/she can not pass the mandatory checkpoint within the cut-off time. A DNF runner can no longer run the course.

15. In case of emergency, updates on the event, or repots of DNF from the runner, please contact Cell Phone # 0918-965-9895 and provide the following information:

a. Name & Race Bib Number of the Runner
b. Location of the Runner (Kilometer Number Based from the Event's Distance) or DPWH Kilometer Post Number and Location (Name of the Barangay & Municipality).
c. Reason of DNF.
d. Information if they are going to the Finish Line or NOT.

16. Podium Finishers: Top 3 Male & Top 3 Female will receive Trophies. Official Finishers will receive the following:

a. Finisher's Belt Buckle
b. Finisher's Medal
c. Finisher's T-Shirt
d. Finisher's Certificate

17. There will be NO AID STATIONS. The support vehicle will serve as the runner's aid station and Drop Bag Facility.

18. The following are mandatory gear/equipment for each runner:

a. Hydration System
b. Headlight/Lighting System
c. Reflectorized Vest (Should be worn at all times during the event)
d. First Aid Kit
e. CELL PHONE
f. Rear Red Light Blinker/s
g. CASH

These items/gears will be inspected before the start of the race.

19. Runners are NOT allowed to enter in Commercial establishment or Fastfood Restaurants like Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Mc Donald's or eateries with air-con facility. They can instruct or request their Support Crew to buy them food items from these establishment.

20. It is the responsibility of the RUNNER to SHARE the details of this event and its RULES AND REGULATIONS and make sure that everything is being understood. Any violation of these rules by the Support Crew will lead to immediate disqualification or DNF of the runner.

21. INTEGRITY of this event shent does not tolerateould always be maintained and enforced. Each runner is deputized to report any violations of the rules by the other runners. Such report/s should be supported with evidence as your cellphone has video and camera functions. Reports should be able to answer the questions: WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, & HOW. Reports should be sent to cellphone number 0918-965-9895.

22. This event does not tolerate the use of alcohol, vape, smoking, and use of drugs among the support crew. Reports of any of this kind of observation will result to the disqualification of the runner.

23. Submission of a Doctor's Certificate or Medical Certificate is MANDATORY to all the Runners.

24. Each Runner will sign a ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND STATEMENT OF WAIVER Agreement before the Start of the Race.

25. Runners are reminded and warned of the presence of DOGS along the course of the event. Be aware and observant to motorcycles/riders and INTOXICATED (with alcohol) LOCALS along the way. Always answer politely if the locals try to engage with you in conversation.

26. During nighttime, make sure that you are ON SIGHT to your Support Vehicle and your Support Crew have also ON SIGHT on your movement. Always remain visible to one another.

27. DON'T LITTER OR THROW YOUR TRASH ALONG THE ROUTE.

27. Lastly, each Runner should respect other runners. If possible, try to help one another to finish this event. SHARING IS CARING! Let us build positive relationship among the members in the running community, most especially in the Ultrarunning Community.
