During this 2 hour event we combine Yin Yoga, Breath Work and Sound Healing with planetary gongs, crystal singing bowls, overtone chanting, didgeridoo, Native American flute, medicine drums and ancient sound instruments. Weaving all together to initiate self-healing processes through vibrational sound medicine & sacred music and movement.
The sonic vibrations of these ancient instruments of sound work on a physical and energetic level, helping to clear negativity, outgrown habits and unsupportive beliefs, and allowing for new ideas to emerge bringing balance and bliss to your whole being.
