About the event

Yin,Yang & Sound Yoga workshop
Join us for an evening of Yin & Yang Yoga and crystal Sound bowls.

Switch off from the stresses and strains of the working week, with an energising, dynamic yoga practice, followed by a chance to connect with others over tea and treats. We will then have a short relaxing yin practice followed by a mesmerising 7 crystal sound bowl meditation.

Take time for yourself to let got of what no longer serves you and allow yourself to go in to the weekend energised, lighter and relaxed.
