Pumpkin patch with Chocolate soil

A fabulous autumn themed cake packed with new skills (and chocolate!).

Working with rich chocolate cake and chocolate ganache buttercream, pipe filling, palette knife the top, add chocolate soil (this is soooo yummy and actually very clever!)....

... model a selection of pumpkins & gourds, add colour, glaze - make a plaque with embossed message & finish with a textured board.

- use modelling tools to enhance your pumpkins
- add dust colours
- glaze your pumpkins
- make a marble iced plaque
