Macarons

Make 2 batches of macarons - 1 chocolate and 1 your choice (Raspberry & white chocolate for example), temper chocolate (to drizzle), make fillings, pipe in a range of styles and take home 16 yummy macarons and the knowledge to make lots more.

With step-by-step tuition on making your macarons, you will then:
- temper chocolate to drizzle on the top and you can add freeze dried fruit pieces, honeycomb pieces etc. and
- make ganache (your choice of white, milk or dark) which you whip to create a filling.

Annabelle will demonstrate how to make Swiss Meringue Buttercream which you can then flavour (white chocolate, lemon etc).

You will be able to use jams, curd and salted caramel sauce as additional fillings.

You will pipe a range of styles for the fillings - completing 16 amazing macarons (8 of each flavour).
