Mastering Menopause

Whether you’re trying to lose weight, get stronger or simply feel more in control of your health, this is an empowering session designed to help you understand midlife hormones and feel more confident in yourself. For women just starting to notice changes or already well within your menopause journey, this is your chance to feel heard and supported.

What to expect:
- Understanding peri/menopause: what exactly are my hormones doing?
- Nutrition for hormone balance: un/helpful foods, fasting and supplementing
- How to train with your hormones, not against them: what exercise is most beneficial to me at my age?
- Movement session: a chance to put it into practise!
