On this river boat cruise we will Enjoy a day of heart healing and awakening in a nurturing & Loving Circle for a mini workshop of self-love, sound bath & inner Romance....
Expect a nurturing and relaxing day bringing you more deeply into your heart.
8.45 We will embark on The Georgian
9.00 We will open the day with a sharing circle and connection with group.
Then we will enjoy some breakfast (pastries) and tea (please let me know if you have any special dietary requirements)
9.30 We will then have a little meditation connecting us to our divine light and beautiful channelled healing to raise our vibration and discuss our I matter so Manifesto before moving upstairs to enjoy a beautiful journey taking in the scenic views and start writing our I matter so manifesto
10.00 we will take in the beautiful views along the river....
11.00 After a cup of Lotus flower tea (which connects us to our divinity and higher self) I will then take us into the beautiful indoor lounge below deck where I will lead a Heart Chakra clearing and deepening workshop, bringing you closer to your divine heart with vortex divine energy channelled healing & meditation with Sound Bath (Tibetan Bowls, wind chimes, crystal bowls, Drumming & Maracas) We will connect with the love goddesses
* Then we will finish our journaling writing an 'I matter so Manifesto' for the year ahead......
I also have a little romantic gift for you from me, a beautiful goodie bag to take home with you....
12.15 Goodbyes
(If people want to continue the day and go somewhere to have lunch there are two beautiful pubs in Bray (The Crown & The Hinds Head)

Please note there are a limited amount of number that I can take on this transformative experience...
Please wear comfortable clothes and sensible shoes (suitable to the weather) a warm jumper if required and a blanket, pillow & yoga mat (if you own one)....
