Intentional Hike (Summer theme) @ Campgaw Mountain Reservation

Reconnect with yourself and the wisdom of nature on this unique hiking experience at Campgaw Mountain Reservation. As the summer nears its close, we'll collectively explore a powerful guiding question: How does the seasonal shift from summer to fall offer wisdom for our unfolding path ahead?We'll begin with an opening visualization and intention-setting session to center ourselves and open our senses to the natural world. As we hike the trails (3 to 3.5 miles, moderate pace), we'll mindfully explore the diverse woodland habitats. This hike offers a chance to engage with nature as a wise guide, fostering self-reflection, inner connection and deep conversation with new friends. After our hike, we'll gather for a facilitated discussion over lunch, where we'll integrate and share our experiences and insights. Join us for this opportunity to combine the beauty of Campgaw Mountain with the power of intention and mindful exploration.
