Join us at Yellow & Co. for an earthy flow like no other. Olivia and Jen, our beloved Flow Yoga teachers who are part of The Chickadee Sermon, invite you to sway and flow as you're wrapped in live acoustic sound. This special class blends a gentle vinyasa flow with the magic of live folk music, creating a space where breath, rhythm, and community harmonize. Stay after class. Drinks will be available for purchase and the shop will be brimming with fall-inspired finds. It’s a beautiful way to support local and celebrate the season together. $40
