Fill Your Cup: Yoga & Tea Ceremony with The Hive Honey Beetique and Flow Yoga

You're invited to a heartwarming evening of connection, reflection, and renewal as Flow Yoga and The Hive come together for a soulful summer solstice gathering. This two-hour event will begin at Flow Yoga just before 6pm to get settled and grounded. Once everyone is ready, we’ll take a peaceful stroll down the path to The Hive, where a calming tea ceremony awaits. As part of the experience, you’ll also receive a special free gift to be used during our candlelight yoga class.
From there, we’ll return in quiet reflection with a walking meditation back to the studio, where you’ll be guided through a gentle candlelight yoga practice, followed by a deeply nourishing sound bath.
This retreat is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself and your community. Come fill your cup with peace, presence, and love.
