Fitness Kickboxing Boot Camp for Girls Only this July
Monday through Thursday at 10:30 AM no experience necessary. (8 days) We'll do 45 minutes of kickboxing followed by 15 minutes of stretching in a safe supportive environment. (For ladies 12 years old through adults - perfect for moms and daughters!)
