Evening Well-being Session, Dip & Sauna @ SPLASH Moneymore

Join me at Splash in Moneymore for an evening of holistic well-being. Bringing healing, calm and balance to your mind, body and soul.

During the 1 hour we will spend the evening connecting with ourselves and others through some mindful movement, breathwork, EFT tapping, meditation, sound bath. All finished off with a cold water dip. The dip is completely optional and you a are under no pressure to if you don't want to. You also have the opportunity to avail of the sauna, again this is optional and an extra charge which will can be selected when purchasing your ticket.

So looking forward to meeting you all and having a powerful evening of releasing, healing and connection. Getting you aligned and ready to take on a new day with a deeper sense of positive mental and emotional health and well-being.

**If you could bring a yoga/exercise mat, a blanket, optional cushion/pillow, a drink and lots of cosy warm gear including hats for after your dip. A pair of flipflops, beach or swim shoes/boots are advisable also for entry to the water. Life jackets and tow-floats are a must and are provided at Splash.
