Eyes Wide Open: Gaining Heavenly Perspective Through the Psalms

What do you see when you open your eyes? The never-ending
struggle or valley? A reflection of a person you think God could
never choose? Or do you dare to believe that there is something beyond what we can see and understand? Our perspectives shape our entire life, if we want to be a people awakened to God, then we must learn to see how God sees.

During this 8-week series we will be journeying through the Psalms of David—an unlikely man chosen by God to articulate the depths of human existence through the lens of Heaven. Through these teachings we will be fighting the instinct to trust only what we can see and instead learn how we can see through God’s eyes amid all we face. Waking up starts with opening our eyes; if we want to awaken to God, we must keep our eyes wide open.
