Summer Solstice Sound Bath

Celebrate the longest day of the year with a 90-minute Summer Solstice Sound Bath designed to help you realign, recharge, and welcome the light of the season. This deeply restorative experience includes the soothing tones of Tibetan singing bowls and chimes, a calming guided meditation, and an intuitive oracle card pull to support your personal intentions as we honor the sun’s peak energy.

Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow to create a cozy space for rest and reflection. The event will be held on the second floor of Foundations Studio. To help maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask that phones be turned off or left in your car. Give yourself the gift of stillness and sound as we step into the vibrant energy of summer together.
