**What is a Sound Bath?**
A sound bath is a deeply meditative experience where vibrations from singing bowls, a gong, and other instruments wash over you, helping to release tension, stress, and stagnant energy. As the sound waves travel through the water and your body, they create a profound sense of peace, relaxation, and nervous system reset—allowing you to fully unwind and press pause on your busy mind.
