Mother's Day Brunch at The Edgewater

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a stunning alfresco dining experience on The Grand Plaza, overlooking the beautiful Lake Mendota. Enjoy a thoughtfully crafted three-course menu, featuring seasonal favorites and dishes to honor the love and care that mothers bring to our lives. Seatings are available at 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM. Prix-Fixe Three Course Menu:

Basket of croissants & strawberries and cream muffins with butter and preserves

1st Course: Cucumber and avocado gazpacho with sunflower seed gremolata

2nd Course: Cran and asparagus benedict on buttered brioche with Meyer lemon hollandaise and a butter lettuce salad with champagne vinaigrette

3rd Course: Vanilla bean and rosewater panna cotta with macerated berries
