Kid Event: T-Shirt Heroes for DAIS

This Sunday, we're taking inspiration from the horse in the book “The Fishermen, the Horse, and the Sea” by Barbara Joosse. The horse that shows up when someone cries out for help.

The kids will design t-shirts for the children served by DAIS (Domestic Abuse Intervention Services)—a local organization offering safety and support to those who don’t feel safe at home. DAIS provides shelter, guidance, and hope for families facing difficult times.

Through our Unity powers of Love and Imagination, we’ll create t-shirts that bring color, joy, and comfort to kids who walk through DAIS’s doors this year.
