Joyful Vibrations: A Laughter & Sound Healing Experience

Reclaim your light through laughter, play, and healing sound.

Join Deb Phelps, certified Laughter Yoga Leader, sound healer, meditation teacher, and yoga teacher for a unique experience that blends intentional laughter with deeply restorative sound healing. This heart-centered session is designed to help you shake off stress, reconnect with your inner light, and awaken the joy that already lives inside you.

We’ll begin with simple, playful Laughter Yoga exercises—no jokes, no comedy—just the natural release of intentional laughter that lifts your mood, opens your heart, and brings a sense of radiant ease to body and mind. We call it Laughter Yoga because we use intentional breathing just like in yoga in between the laughter. You’ll be guided gently and supportively through this uplifting practice, designed for all levels and comfort zones. (I like to call it Laughter Meditation)

After our laughter practice, you’ll settle into a deeply nourishing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, rainstick, chimes, kalimba, and other melodic instruments. These joyful vibrations help integrate your experience, allowing you to relax fully and let your inner radiance shine through.
