Inaugural Two Player Alternate Shot

NEW EVENT IN 2025! This new event in 2025 takes a Ryder Cup favorite format and allowing players to play a modified version of alternate shot. This is a co-ed event where teams may be made up of any combination of two players. FORMAT: Modified Alternate Shot. A "modified alternate shot" format in golf means that both players on a team hit their tee shots on each hole, then select the best drive to play from, and continue alternating shots from that point until the hole is completed; essentially, it gives teams more flexibility by allowing them to choose the best tee shot before playing alternate shots throughout the hole. TEES: Men will play BLUE TEES, Women will play GOLD TEES. At all of our two player events, any player with a handicap index of 3.0 or higher and is at least 60 years of age OR anyone who is a 15.0 handicap or higher regardless of age, has the option of playing up at an intermediate set of tees (WHITE TEES). PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that players that opt to play the White Tees could receive between 2 to 4 less handicap strokes. Players must declare to play the intermediate set of tees by emailing Tournament Director, Ryan Brinza, no later than 3:00pm the day before the event.
