Congregational Book Club

The new Temple Beth El Book Club welcomes all TBE members to engage in challenging, but accessible, contemporary Jewish writings and to have extended discussions about them. We choose books that can help us to navigate the current moment, works that recognize this is a creative and fraught time for thinking about Judaism and Jewish identity.

We may have more than one session for each work.

In June we will be reading "To Jerusalem and Back" by Nobel prize winner Saul Bellow, published in 1976.
