On Saturday July 12, 2025, Bierock will hold its 7th anniversary party.
Highlights include live music, a tap takeover and a bierock on special as voted upon by our customers.
Bierock is proud to present Thrash Pandas to headline the evening’s festivities.
Things kick off with Maple, however, the beat boxing phenomenon bringing you vocal percussion dynamics.
Following Maple will be the Thrash Pandas, a Madison-based band playing rock, alternative and reggae.
The Thrash Pandas have previously played at Bierock on multiple occasions, including an appearance for Make Music Madison in 2024.
Music gets underway at 8:00 p.m., and there is no cover charge.
Appropriately, Bierock will feature a Tap Takeover by Leinenkugel’s Brewing.
The lineup for the day will include…
-Summer Shandy, Weiss Beer with Lemonade
-Barrelman Ale, Amber Ale
-Leinie Lodge Lime, Mexican-Style Lager with Lime
-Tropical Hazy IPA
-Honey Weiss, Weiss Beer with Real Wisconsin Honey
On July 12, we’re also featuring a special bierock.
Over the course of his tenure at Bierock, Chef Cordel has been creating and debuting special bierocks on a weekly basis.
We picked four of the most popular to choose from and let our customers vote. The winner will be served on July 12.
The results of the vote will be shared about a week out, but here are the candidates…
-Thai Chicken with bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, scallions & peanut sauce
-Italian Beef with peppers, onions & au jus
-Eggplant Parmesan with marinara sauce, Parmesan, mozzarella and ricotta cheese with a bread stick topping & creamy garlic dip
-Chicken Pesto with mozzarella, diced tomato, roasted red peppers, spinach & pesto aioli

Whatever the winner, expect what you’ve come to know and love: a filling stuffed in our yeasted bread dough and served with our own house-made dipping sauce.
It will only be available while supplies last, so don’t delay.
Doors open at 11:00 a.m. and we’ll be open through midnight.
Bierock will still have its full food and drink menu the day of the event.
Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.
