A Closer Look at Insects — Walk, Photo Exhibit & Reception with Kathy Henning

Learn more about the fascinating (and essential!) insects that live in our midst, and how you can help them thrive, as Friends of Owen Conservation Park partners with our neighbors the Madison Christian Community for this special event.

At 5:00 p.m., join us for a tour of the MCC prairie, gardens and grounds. At 6:00, we’ll head indoors where MCC member Sally Henning will share her enlightening exhibit of insect photography, called “A Place for Them.” All her amazing photos were taken on MCC grounds.

Appetizers, desserts and refreshing beverages provided for your enjoyment. Nature lovers of all ages are welcome. This is a rain or shine event.
