3 Week Yoga Nidrahhh Mini Series - Tues June 17 - July 1st, 5:00-6:15p CST

This 3 week mini series will pair a guided journey of sacred rest with intuitive tuning through the dreamlike state yoga nidra instills. A theme we are musing with this round is “Dreaming Ourselves into the Future,” tapping into our imaginal capacity to bridge where we are with where our wisdom body and ancestral support is calling us. Each class will begin with 10 min of gentle movement to get into our bodies and then segue into a guided yoga nidra unique to each week. Join in person or online, each class is recorded. Tiered Pricing of $54, $63 or $72, you choose the amount at registration.

All classes are hosted at Bohemian Oasis Healing Center and all are recorded in case any need to be missed. Zoom link will come the week class begins for those joining virtually.
