The NASC Executive Committee is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2025 NASC conference to be held in Madison, Wisconsin and hosted by the NASC Executive Committee with support from the Illinois Sentencing Policy Advisory Council! ~ Special thanks to Victoria Gonzalez, Executive Director ~
The early bird registration fee is $425 and applies to registrations submitted through July 5. The registration fee will increase to $475 as of July 6.
The Conference will run Monday, August 11, 8:00 a.m. to Tuesday, August 12, 5:00 p.m. Agenda coming soon! Please check back on the NASC website later this month. We look forward to seeing everyone in Madison this summer!
How should I make my hotel reservations?
Conference attendees will have access to a special rate at the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace. The discounted room rate for the conference is $199 per night (plus taxes) for reservations made by Saturday, July 12, 2025. Please use this reservation link to reserve a room. How should I get to the hotel?
Transportation from Dane County Airport to the hotel is relatively easy. The hotel is about 5-6 miles from the airport and we recommend travelers use a taxi, rideshare, or rental car to get to the hotel. The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle. The hotel is near downtown Madison and a variety of restaurants, bars, and other activities are within walking distance of the hotel.
Where can I park?
Parking is available on site for $25 a day.
Can my organization pay for NASC registration by check or purchase order?
