If you can participate in the whole retreat, you will experience such a beautiful transformation as each session builds on the session before it, but you can pay session by session for what you wish to do.

Please bring an open mind, a yoga mat and any props you like to use for yoga classes, a bottle of water, snacks, and wear comfortable clothes. Retreat is available in studio and on Zoom. No recording will be available. I want you to participate in real time with us.

Restore yourself with deep and gentle stretches. Dawn will give a brief explanation of the Violet Flame energy and then you will experience its transformational healing to release blockages and promote healing in your body/mind/spirit and your life.
