This weekend, we’re excited to welcome Charlotte @spaceflowyoga to guide you through a calming breathwork session ahead of your sauna and yoga experience with Sauna with North Wales. 🌿🧘‍♀️🔥

Charlotte has been a yoga teacher for over four years and a regular sauna user for the past year. Her teaching centres around restorative, accessible practices — with a strong focus on calming breathwork and gentle movement.

She draws beautifully on her yoga experience to deepen the sauna journey, especially through pranayama (yogic breathing). This weekend, Charlotte will be offering guided breathwork sessions before your sauna — giving you the space and tools to arrive fully, slow down, and truly immerse yourself in the heat.
