Dissolve in the reverberating soundscapes of live Harp, Flute & singing bowls. Guided by Zartji & Ah Ra, “Meridian Harmony” is a nurturing, naturally compassionate Sankalpa practice.
”Pūrṇimā (Sanskrit: पूर्णिमा) is the word for full moon in Sanskrit. The day of Purnima is the day (Tithi) in each month when the full moon occurs, and marks the division in each month between the two lunar fortnights (paksha), and the Moon is aligned exactly in a straight line, called a syzygy, with the Sun and Earth”
This gathering is a gentle and intentional space for reflection during the Full Moon Purnima. Through mantra, meditation, and yin yoga, we cultivate a deep Sankalpa practice.
In the context of Full Moon Purnima, Sankalpa is a deeply rooted intention set with clarity and devotion. The full moon symbolizes completion, illumination, and heightened energy, making it an ideal time for introspection and commitment to personal transformation.
During this sacred phase, a Sankalpa practice involves aligning thoughts, words, and actions with one's highest truth. Through mantra, meditation, and yoga, practitioners reaffirm their intentions, connected to the sun and the moon’s luminous energy to support and amplify their resolve.
Many who join this Full Moon Purnima gathering do so for quiet introspection and reflective practice.
Under the Full Moon, we gather.
Join us next month for a Meridian Harmony gathering — an immersive Sankalpa practice under the luminous light of Purnima.
This is a time to listen deeply, to align with your truth, and to nourish seeds of transformation.
