This watercolour workshop is on 7th February at 9.30am til 12.30pm and will take place in my brand-new home art studio at The Farmhouse, Piggott’s Hall, Congleton Lane, Lower Withington, SK11 9LD (NOT MY PREVIOUS STUDIO AT TREETOPS!)

We'll be painting a beautiful watercolour seascape in this class.
As with all my classes, this class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to those with some art experience. The painting will be taught step by step, with plenty of demonstrations, hints and tips throughout. Participants can work at their own pace and receive individual guidance to progress their watercolour skills.
The beauty of my new workshops is that you will be in a very small group (mainly based around the parking availability on my driveway!). This means that during the 3 hour class, you will each get so much of my individual attention that you will probably be shoo-ing me away. In a small group we can work through more information, learn lots of unexpected things and paint in a very relaxed environment. We can all be sitting together and learn from one another and get to know new people too!
Learn basic watercolour techniques and then learn when and how to apply them to create a beautiful painting
The session aims to be informative and enjoyable for all participants. You will learn lots and gain the confidence to try these techniques on your own. There is no pressure or judgment, and everyone is welcome, regardless of skill level.
We provide all the necessary equipment and materials, so just bring your imagination and have fun!
Children over the age of 12 are also welcome to attend this class , as long as they have their own ticket and are accompanied by a paying adult.
The class will include:
- Painting demonstrations
- Watercolour techniques and tips for creating beautiful paintings
- Advice on materials and equipment
- Guidance on creating a good composition in your painting
- Step-by-step instruction and individual guidance to help you complete your paintings
- Advice on how to further develop your watercolour skills.
ART WORKSHOP BOOKINGS - CANCELLATION
Once payment has been made in full for your workshop, then your place is confirmed. Outside of 30 days prior to the workshop, we are happy to refund you or we are happy to move your booking to a different date.
Where cancellation is between 11 to 30 days then no refund can be given, but we are happy to re-book you into a workshop on a different date. If cancellation is within 10 days of your workshop, every effort will be made to fill your space, however, no re-booking will be made unless your space is successfully filled
