Liederkreis & Dichterliebe at Vrijthof Theater Maastricht

De Liedklas van Conservatorium Maastricht presenteert beide liedbundels in een programma dat de samenhang tussen woord en muziek belicht en een brug slaat tussen klank en tekst. Onder leiding van Abigail Richards ontdekken duo’s van zangers en pianisten in de Liedklas de kunst van het lied tijdens coachings, masterclasses en recitals.

The Lied class of Conservatorium Maastricht presents two song cycles of Robert Schumann, Liederkreis Op. 39 and Dichterliebe. The programme highlights the connection between word and music and bridges the gap between sound and text. Led by Abigail Richards, duos of singers and pianists in the Lied class discover the art of song during coaching sessions, masterclasses and recitals.
