This is a 4-hour training where you'll learn to teach the Beginner 1 level exercises on the Wunda Chair, Barrels, and Spine Corrector.

📚 This workshop can be taken as a stand-alone session – ideal for both teachers and Pilates enthusiasts who want to deepen their understanding of these classical Pilates apparatus.
