Fundamentals Teacher Training Weekend

This is a small group, 2-day Classical Pilates teacher training course. This really is the best starting point in becoming a qualified Classical Pilates Instructor. In the two consecutive training days you will learn the fundamentals of Classical Pilates:

- How to find the fundamental Pilates connections in your body, - - How to teach them
- How to teach beginner 1 level exercises on the mat, reformer and tower.
- How to modify and adjust these exercises fr clients in a private, as well as group setting.

You will have to complete apprentice hours of observation, self practise and practise teaching, after which you will do an assessment. The Maastricht studio will be yours to use for all your observation and practise hours!
