Yoga Class Theme: Sweet & Gentle ‘No Props’ Hatha

A gentle Hatha yoga class for beginners with a deliciously slow-paced class that will ease out any tension from your mind and body.

We will be keeping it simple and not using any props for this particular class which consists of a combination of seated and lying down postures or asanas.

Lose yourself in the dreamy pace of this class, leaving behind the stresses and strains of a busy day. We will finish the class with a long and peaceful Shavasana relaxation so that you leave feeling refreshed and ready to face the next day with energy and positivity.

Classes cost £8 payable by bank transfer.
