Meditation sitting at Mandala Soul Studio FREE

MEDITATION

Do you like mediation? Would you like to have a regular practice but can't find the peace and quiet at home? Welcome to join us in a quiet sitting every Wednesday at Mandala Soul Studio.

You can bring your own pillow or you can borrow a mat and blanket/block at the studio. Anyone is welcome, even if you don't attend any other classes or courses with us.

This is not s guided meditation. We simply share the space to sit together in our own practice. And if you find it hard to sit for 15 min by yourself, it's definitely worth trying to sit with others! It usually makes time go by much faster.
