Ever wondered how raw spirits transform into rich, complex whisky? Join us for a special educational tasting with our Founder & Head Distiller, Craig Engelhorn, as he takes you on a guided journey through whisky maturation.

From Moonshine to Maturity – Taste whisky at different stages of aging and discover how time, wood, and environment shape the final spirit.

Inside the Barrel – Learn what happens inside the cask and why Colorado’s unique climate plays a major role in flavor development.

Guided Tasting – Experience firsthand the evolution of whisky and gain a deeper appreciation for the craft behind every sip.
