Moving Together: Lynden Library Walking Group

A weekly walking group geared for all ages and levels of fitness is offered at the Lynden Library. Do you want to build a habit of weekly walking but don't want to do it alone? This is a great opportunity to get exercise and enjoy casual conversations with neighbors. Walking routes start at the Lynden Library. We will walk for 30 minutes and conclude at the library with stretching and snacks. Wear walking shoes and dress for comfort. Reflective vests will be provided.
