We got week 4 of our classes coming up on Monday. The halfway point in our 8 week series I hope to see you there. Loved seeing all the new people this month and the group growing.
Beginner class series we will be talking about the whip this week, discussing the 8 count rhythm, reviewing the previous weeks and doing an outside turn.
For our Elevate & Refine class we will be focusing on our Personal Movement Skills.
T-Shirts are now restocked and ready to purchase for $25 if you would like an Elevate Swing shirt. Instead of just unisex t-shirts we now also carry female fitted t-shirts.
