Lynchburg-South Moose Family Center 1727 will be host for Friday night.
All teams arrive and register Friday June 20, 2025
6-7:30
Various teams arrive at the Lodge, register and enjoy pizza

Tournament Play is held at Peaks View Park

Saturday June 21, 2025
9am - 3:30pm Division Games / Preliminary Play
11am - 1pm Lunch
6 - 7pm Dinner
7 - 8:30pm Dance
8:45 - 9:30pm Opening Ceremony
9:30pm Fireworks

Sunday June 22, 2025
9 - 3:30pm Tournament Games - Lunch
Awards as play is completed
