Mondays 5.15pm to 7.15pm (Yoga starts at 6.15pm if you prefer to just do yoga.)

Tuesdays 8.45am to 9.30am
(Just Strength Training.)

Thursdays 8.45am to 10.15am

Bring your own hand weights (or I have a few spare sets if you with to try a class first before buying some weights).
